Terms and Conditions
In stock (non-preordered) items include a 7-day return policy beginning at time of delivery. Please note prior to generating a return shipment proof of delivery and an original invoice is required. Returns must be pre-authorized by Evolution EDC LLC. Adding insurance to original purchase and return shipment is highly recommended. Evolution EDC LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Ownership of items transfers from Evolution EDC LLC to purchaser after the order’s tracking number is created and it is distributed to shipping partner. The original purchaser is liable for the return shipment fee and insurance added to preauthorized returns. All returns must be in new working condition and in original packaging. Buy and try returns or refunds are not permitted. Damage caused by the misuse or modification of any item will automatically void all warranties and guarantees. Full and or partial return payments will be processed to the original purchaser and the payment method provided at time of purchase. Returned items may require a 10% restocking fee. Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and abide by all local and federal knife laws and regulations. Please email all inquiries to admin@evolutionedc.com
Cancelations
At this time Evolution EDC LLC is only accepting order cancelation requests for items purchased that are currently in stock. If unforeseen circumstances require immediate assistance, please contact admin@evolutionedc.com
Pre-Orders
Cancelations or returns are not permitted for pre-ordered items. Pre-order purchasers agree to Evolution EDC’s terms and conditions at the time of purchase. Terms and conditions begin at the time of pre-order purchase and extend until final order fulfillment. Production completion and order fulfillment dates are subject to change at the discretion of Evolution EDC.
International Orders and Shipping
Currently Evolution EDC is not offering international sales, shipping, returns, order cancelations, or refunds.
